Since arugula is already tasty, you may drizzle it with a sweet or fruity dressing that will season it exquisitely without masking its exceptional flavour. To make your dressing, start with olive oil and choose balsamic, sherry or raspberry vinegar. To your oil and vinegar dressing, you may want to add some herbs of your choice (basil, tarragon, rosemary…) and a tad of honey that will sweeten your salad.
