With its various shades of greens and reds, mesclun is appealing to the eye and provides a beautiful presentation for all kinds of appetizers. This original and flavourful mix of different greens can be enjoyed drizzled with a simple stream of olive oil or tossed in a vinaigrette dressing. Since 2001, Veg Pro International, Quebec’s leading producer of mesclun, has developed many combinations of baby lettuces, all sold pre-washed under the “Fresh Attitude” label.
